I hold a doctorate in Statistics, have twenty years of hands-on statistical analysis experience and twenty years of early Phase clinical trial statistical experience.

Between 1999 and Sept 2006 I worked in the Human Psychopharmacology Research Unit at the University of Surrey. For the final fifteen months I was effectively in sole charge of all statistics at the Unit.

Between 2006 and 2009 I worked for pharmaceutical companies, including Merck Serono International SA, Pfizer and Novartis Pharma AG, as a medical statistician.

Between 2009 and 2017 I once again worked in the Clinical Research Centre at the University of Surrey and was again effectively in sole charge of all statistics at the Unit, reporting directly to the Head of the Unit.
